Experience:
Numerous civil jury trials involving personal injury have been presented by Mr. Bernardo to jury verdict in the circuit courts of Lee, Collier, Hendry and Charlotte counties of Southwest Florida, and other counties throughout Florida.
Prior to Mr. Bernardo’s concentration in civil litigation, extensive trial experience and case management skills were gained while on Assistant State Attorney handling multiple felony prosecutions and jury trials.
Mr. Bernardo has been handling litigation cases since 1986 throughout the 20th Judicial Court, which includes Lee, Collier, Hendry, Glades, and Charlotte Counties. In addition, cases throughout the State of Florida and other states are often considered and accepted for representation.
